As an all-round well-being guide, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, also referred to as ‘voyagers’ and serve as their guide throughout their entire experience at Renessence. From advising them on our services, treatments, concept store products and studio classes to handing them one of our freshly made smoothies or informing them on our various membership options, keeping track of their preferences and profiles, booking them in and answering their questions. Your open and welcoming energy and in-depth knowledge of our total well-being and science-based services, treatments and classes will make our guests feel at ease and taken care of, whether they are members or first timers, seeking to heal alone, in a community setting or just popping in for a nourishing green juice!
Your role as a Renessence ambassador is to ensure an outstanding customer experience for all our members and guests throughout their voyage with us, enabling them to reset, recharge, recover and rejuvenate on every level.
Responsibilities & Competences:
Welcoming our guests and members. Through your enthusiasm, warmth, professionalism & knowledge everybody instantly feels at ease, safe and ready to undo, recharge and renew;
As the main point of contact for our guests, you are responsible for keeping track of their preferences & total health needs, updating their profiles, and communicating any necessary updates or questions to your fellow well-being guides, doctors, health experts and manager;
You occasionally prepare energizing foods, juices, matcha lattes and specialty coffees;
You are responsible for registering new members and helping customers book their treatments & guide them in choosing the right treatment for them;
You will show members to the right treatment spaces, operate & clean equipment and ensure that every guest has what they need to optimize and personalize their experience at Renessence;
You are to have a detailed knowledge of our treatments, services, products, classes and pricing as well as the various memberships we offer, and you will receive in-depth training on these subjects;
You have an eye for detail and are expected to maintain the aesthetic and atmosphere of the space;
You will ensure that all the spaces look in perfect shape, are clean and tidy in accordance with the Renessence guidelines at all times;
Contribute to the team’s overall sales targets by encouraging guests to return through treatment recommendations and signing them up to become members;
You will be responsible for excellent phone and email contact with our guests and report any complaints, suggestions & customer demands to the operations manager after having solved them yourself first. We are always looking to optimize and improve how we can be of greater service and stay at the forefront of total well-being;
You will assist your manager, assistant manager, therapists, teachers and other Renessence team members with daily tasks, projects, checklists, inventory, supplies and stock counts;
When necessary, you will assist your manager in the training of new team members;
You will ensure the highest guest confidentiality, including medical details and all information provided in confidence by our members;
You are encouraged to share any personal ideas, thoughts and suggestions that can lead to the overall improvement of the customer journey at Renessence – we value the input and opinion of our team, and we are always looking to improve, develop and cultivate.
Have had previous experience for several years in a (para)medical facility, spa, health, hotel or sports retail location;
Don’t have a nine to five mentality and are available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends where necessary;
Are a natural problem-solver, solution driven, people person, health and well-being enthusiast;
Are highly service oriented, sociable with a helpful nature;
Are solution oriented, are always scanning the space and pick up on details that need taken care of or that need tending to;
Are confident, conscious, aware, curious, adaptive, and flexible;
Feel very comfortable advising all kinds of guests on their well-being journey;
re a great listener and possess inner wisdom;
Have an interest in plant-based & healing foods and are happy to multitask between host duties and helping out at our Recharge café;
Have had barista training but this is not a must.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.
Fitting our culture is the most important part of the application proces. We believe character, ambitions and expectations are more important than skills. Together we find out if there is a mutual match and if we meet each others expectations.
A day in our location
Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.
We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
