Step 2
We E-meet
A online introduction to get to know each other, with the goal to discover more about you, your expectations and whether there is a fit with culture of Urban Gym Group.
Step 3
We Discover
We invite you for an online personality test to discover your interests and how to coach you the best within Urban Gym Group.
Step 4
We Meet
After looking at your personality test we plan a face-to-face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When you are applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.
Step 5
Culture fit
Fitting our culture is the most important part of the application proces. We believe character, ambitions and expectations are more important than skills. Together we find out if there is a mutual match and if we meet each others expectations.
Step 6
A day in our club
Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.
Step 7
Conditions
We expect to offer you a contract within 5 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions.
