As an all-round well-being guide, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests at Renessence. From providing advice on our services, treatments, concept store products, and studio classes to guiding guests through their treatments.
Your open and welcoming energy and in-depth knowledge will make our guests feel at ease and taken care of. Your role as a Renessence ambassador is to ensure an outstanding customer experience for all our members and guests throughout their journey at Renessence. Enabling them to reset, recharge, recover, and rejuvenate on every level.
Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and guiding our guests and members through enthusiasm, warmth, professionalism and deep knowledge.
- Being the main point of contact for our guests: keeping track of the guests’ preferences and total health needs, updating guest profiles, and communicating any necessary updates or questions.
- Having detailed knowledge of our treatments, services, products, classes, memberships and pricings.
- Having an eye for detail and maintaining the aesthetic, atmosphere & high hygiene standards of our space.
- Sharing any creative ideas, thoughts and suggestions that can lead to the overall improvement of the guest experience at Renessence.
You:
- Have previous experience for several years in elevated wellness facilities, spas, health, hotels, or sports-related fields.
- Have a flexible mentality and are available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Are a natural problem-solver, solution-driven, and an ambassador of health and well-being.
- Are highly service-oriented, sociable with a helpful nature.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit
