We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Club Manager to lead our flagship location. 

In this key role, you’ll have full responsibility for the entire club. From operations and sales to team leadership and member experience—you own it all. This is your club, and your impact will be felt in every corner. Ensuring excellence across sales, service, operations, hygiene, recruitment and team leadership. 

Creating an inspiring and welcoming environment for our members is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’re looking for someone with exceptional hospitality skills who naturally connects with people. You know how to spot what your members need, check in with them regularly, and consistently bring the positive energy that makes them feel at home. 

You lead by example—motivating your team to perform at their best and driving them towards clear targets. You’re also confident with the numbers: managing budgets, handling membership administration, and keeping all financials in check is second nature to you. 

On a daily basis, you are: 

• Fully responsible for the overall management of the club. 
• The go-to person for member inquiries and delivering top-tier service. 
• Keeping the club in top condition—from hygiene and safety to maintenance and equipment. 
• Running and overseeing host services with a smile. 
• Driving performance and making sure monthly targets are met. 
• Accountable for the club’s operational results. 
• Handling all staff-related matters—from scheduling to coaching. 
• Taking care of all administrative tasks with precision. 

You

• Ideally have a background in high-end environments where service is everything.
