Junior Sales Agent
The Urban Gym Group (TrainMore) is looking for Sales Agents! Are you the sporty colleague who will join our team at TrainMore? We are not looking for a standard sales agent, but an enthusiastic fitness enthusiast who wants to join us in making the world a little healthier!

As a TrainMore hero, you are the connection expert. You love chatting with our members and future fit buddies. Tell us all about your fitness dreams and we will advise you on the best spots, programmes and memberships.
As a sales guru, you are the master of being proactive, but also of a healthy dose of humour! Your passion for fitness and health is not to be missed, and you feel right at home in the craziness of TrainMore. Join the movement and become our indispensable buddy!
What will you do?
- Talk, talk and more talk with our members
- Record all those fun conversations, because data is key.
- Follow up information, track results and put everything neatly into our CRM system.
- Conducting proactive conversations with potential members in our clubs.
Skills you bring:
- Thinking along / asking questions? Check! Advice? Double check! Welcoming new member? We love it!
- Communication is your second nature. Active listening, respect and a good dose of enthusiasm.
- High-level command of the English language is a must
- Flexible and resilient, just like a good work-out!
- Focused on results.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit
