The Urban Gym Group is looking for talented sales agents who are excited to join our mission to create a healthier society. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting our potential members. You will proactively find out how members want to achieve their fitness goals and advise on locations, programmes and memberships.
Parttime (24 hours) | Fulltime • Amsterdam
The Urban Gym Group is looking for talented sales agents who are excited to join our mission to create a healthier society. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting our potential members. You will proactively find out how members want to achieve their fitness goals and advise on locations, programmes and memberships.
Furthermore, you will contact leads who have shown interest in our services and conduct regular market research. As our sales agent, you are motivated and able to work independently to achieve your goals. Your passion for fitness, personal training and a healthy lifestyle is key in this role. In addition, it is essential that you fully identify with TrainMore’s core values and unique identity. Joint he movement and become an indispensable part of our team!
Core responsibilities:
- Proactively contact existing members and leads.
- Engaging with our members and leads.
- Maintaining call reports.
- Tracking information and results.
- Accurately documenting the information in our CRM-system.
Your skills:
- Sales: customer service, prospecting, problem solving, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Communication: active listening, respect and trust, enthusiasm.
- Adaptability: flexibility and resilience.
- Results-oriented: focused on productivity such as calls, speaking time, self-reflection.
- Interpersonal skills: building a good relationship and trust with our members.
- Skilled in both Dutch and English to reach our members and potential members.
