Your leadership will inspire our teams and drive club success. You visit your clubs several times a week, proactively coach on the floor and report professional reports, suggestions, and plans to the Operations Director.

Your Role:

  • Inspire and Lead: Visit clubs weekly, providing hands-on coaching and support to Club Managers. 
  • Elevate Standards: Ensure high standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Identify areas of improvement and optimize our SOP’s. 
  • Drive Growth: Set ambitious targets and innovate strategies for continuous improvement. 
  • Communicate Clearly: Report insights and plans to the Operations Director. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and Develop: Recruit and cultivate top talent. 
  • Proactive Coaching: Guide teams in sales and operations for outstanding performance. 
  • Monitor KPIs: Track member satisfaction, staff engagement, and sales metrics. 
  • Set Targets: Foster a culture of growth and achievement. 
  • Mentor Teams: Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate on Staffing: Recruit and onboard dedicated club staff. 
  • Report Weekly: Deliver comprehensive performance updates.

You 

  • 5 years of experience in regional management with a focus on multiple locations. 
  • Experience in the field of the hotel, fitness or retail branche is a pre. 
  • Leadership and Decision-Making: Develop strategies, inspire teams, make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Build relationships, resolve conflicts, report performance.
  • Operational Expertise: Manage locations, execute projects, allocate resources.
  • Financial Acumen: Handle budgeting, ensure profitability, control costs.
  • Customer and Market Focus: Ensure satisfaction, understand the market, engage with the community.
  • Adaptability and Industry Knowledge: Lead through change, respect cultures, ensure compliance, stay updated with industry trends.

We meet

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.

A day in our club

Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.

Conditions

We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
