As our Junior/Medior Paid Social Specialist, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues to scale and optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns. You’ll contribute to campaign development, learn from a team of specialists, and gain the tools to grow within the company. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in paid social who’s looking to take the next step in their marketing career – with plenty of room to learn and grow.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management and optimisation of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads to drive business growth
- Contribute to the development of paid social strategies, including creative testing and audience targeting
- Monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and support reporting and analysis
- Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging
- Stay up to date with platform updates and marketing trends
You
- 2 years of experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance
- Ability to work with Google Analytics, Looker Studio and other reporting tools
- Creative mindset to collaborate on engaging ad content
