What will you do?
You pro-actively advise on the labels and memberships suiting the needs of our (future) members.
- Contact, listen and talk with our prospects and members via telephone.
- Record all those conversations, because data is key.
- Follow up, track results and put everything neatly into our CRM system.
- Conduct proactive conversations with potential members in our clubs.

We offer:
- A gross monthly salary up to €2,300.00 per month based on 40 hours a week excl. holiday allowance. (based on experience)

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit

Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.Conditions
We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
