Urban Gym Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven decision-making efforts, contributing significantly to our ongoing success. Working closely with our Finance, marketing and analytics team, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from our data, helping us optimize operations, enhance member experiences, and support our ambitious growth plans.

Urban Gym Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven decision-making efforts, contributing significantly to our ongoing success. Working closely with our Finance, marketing and analytics team, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from our data, helping us optimize operations, enhance member experiences, and support our ambitious growth plans.
Your responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess various data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify industry trends and generate actionable insights by applying statistical and analytical techniques.
- Create visually compelling data visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Hypothesis testing and predictive modelling to inform and drive business strategies.
- Assist in designing and analysing A/B tests to optimize our offerings and services.
- Contribute to the development of long-term data strategies and initiatives.
You:
- Bachelor-degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Excellent communication, conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
