As a Club manager you are responsible for running your own club. This means that you are busy with sales, quality, service, hygiene and staff. It is up to you to make sure that, together with your colleagues, targets will be achieved with the desired end results. You manage your team members, coach them where necessary and assess them. Based on your commitment and enthusiasm, you lift the team to a higher level. You are also involved in administrative tasks. You manage the finances, monitor the budget and your membership administration is always up to date.
Above all this the most important part of your job is to ensure that members continue to enjoy exercising at TrainMore. This means that you’ll regularly chat with our members and ensure that they remain motivated to achieve their fitness goals. It is therefore a must that you radiate positive energy to all members!
On a daily basis you are:
Responsible for the entire management of the club;
Responsible for handling complaints + service to members;
Responsible for the condition of the club (hygiene, safety, maintenance, working equipment, etc.);
Running Host service;
Pursuing the monthly targets;
Responsible for the results of the club;
Responsible for all staff related tasks;
Responsible for all admin tasks.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.

A day in our club
Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.
We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
