Well-Being Host

As an all-around Well-being Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests at Renessence. From providing advice on our services, treatments, concept store products, and studio classes to guiding guests through their treatments.

Your open and welcoming energy and in-depth knowledge will make our guests feel at ease and taken care of. Your role as a Renessence ambassador is to ensure an outstanding customer experience for all our members and guests throughout their journey at Renessence. Enabling them to reset, recharge, recover, and rejuvenate on every level.

Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming and guiding our guests and members through enthusiasm, warmth, professionalism, and deep knowledge. In our fast-paced environment, your ability to communicate effectively and maintain composure under pressure will be essential.
• Being the main point of contact for our guests: keeping track of the guests’ preferences and total wellness needs, updating guest profiles, and communicating any necessary updates or questions.
• Having a detailed knowledge of our treatments, services, products, classes, memberships, and prices.
• Having an eye for detail and maintaining the aesthetic, and atmosphere & helping us reset each treatment & dressing rooms to maintain the high hygiene standards of our space.
• Sharing any creative ideas, thoughts, and suggestions that can lead to the overall improvement of the guest experience at Renessence.

You:

• Have a flexible mentality and are available to work early mornings, and evenings. Availability of a minimum of one weekend day per week is required.
• Have previous experience in high-end wellness facilities, hotels, or sports-related fields.
• Are a natural problem-solver, solution-driven, and an ambassador of health and well-being.
• Have exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Have a hospitality-driven mindset and spirit.
• Eligible to work in The Netherlands (Work and Residence Permit).
