To support our growing partnerships and event collaborations, we’re looking for a hands-on and organised Partnerships & Events Intern to join our Commercial team. This is a practical internship where you’ll be right in the middle of the action, supporting activations, events, and campaigns that bring our brands to life.

To support our growing partnerships and event collaborations, we’re looking for a hands-on and organised Partnerships & Events Intern to join our Commercial team. This is a practical internship where you’ll be right in the middle of the action, supporting activations, events, and campaigns that bring our brands to life.
What you’ll do
As our Partnerships & Events Intern, you’ll work closely with the Partnerships Manager and collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Operations teams across the organisation. Your focus is on execution, coordination, and keeping things running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating day-to-day operations for active partnerships and events
- Supporting event planning, logistics, and on-site execution — from in-club partner activations to larger brand events
- Managing communication with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are clear and on track
- Tracking partnership agreements, timelines, and deliverables, and preparing progress updates
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as contract handling, invoicing preparation, planning, and scheduling
- Spotting opportunities to improve internal processes and make partnership operations more efficient
Who you are
- Currently enrolled in an Bachelors level programme (e.g. Commercial Economics, Event Management, Marketing, or Business Studies)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
- Proactive and practical: you like taking ownership and getting things done
- Interested in the operational and logistical side of partnerships and events
- A clear communicator in both Dutch and English, confident working with internal teams and external partners
- Energised by fitness, lifestyle, and brand collaborations
