Project Management Trainee

As a Project Management Trainee, you will ensure that project delivery aligns with organizational standards, timelines, and objectives to support the growth of our dynamic organization.

As a Project Management Trainee, you will play a key role in managing strategic company projects within the Urban Gym Group. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, governance, and reporting while working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams.

You will ensure that project delivery aligns with organizational standards, timelines, and objectives to support the growth of our dynamic organization. Work closely with a broad range of business teams, gaining direct exposure to decision-making across the organization, while contributing to cross-functional and strategic initiatives that provide end-to-end business insight. 

 

Key responsibilities:

 Project support 

  • Support our different departments in planning, executing, and managing projects. 
  • Maintain and update project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, and status reports. 
  • Track progress against project milestones and deliverables. 

 

PMO governance and standards 

  • Support the implementation of PMO processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency across projects. 
  • Assist in enforcing compliance with organizational project management methodologies. 

 

Data analysis and reporting 

  • Gather, analyze, and compile project data to create insightful reports and dashboards in Monday.com. 
  • Highlight potential risks and issues in project performance to stakeholders. 

 

Resource coordination 

  • Support resource allocation by maintaining resource availability and utilization reports. 
  • Help coordinate the onboarding of team members to projects. 

 

Communication and stakeholder engagement 

  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders. 
  • Schedule and document key project meetings, including minutes and follow-ups. 

 

Training and continuous improvement 

  • Participate in training sessions to develop your understanding of project management principles and PMO practices. 
  • Provide suggestions to improve PMO tools and workflows based on observations and experience. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Project Management certifications are a plus. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Monday).  
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail.  
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team player with a proactive attitude. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

We meet

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.

Conditions

We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
