As a cleaner, you're responsible for the first impression our members get when they enter the club. Through dusting, mopping, cleaning, and keeping all areas tidy and inviting, you help make TrainMore the most attractive gym around.
20 – 24 hour positions:

As a cleaner, you’re responsible for the first impression our members get when they enter the club. Through dusting, mopping, cleaning, and keeping all areas tidy and inviting, you help make TrainMore the most attractive gym around.
You’re always on the floor during your work, so you’re part of the club’s energy and the face of the gym. This means you’re approachable, happy to chat with members, and help create a welcoming atmosphere—in short: BE MORE.
Your future
- CARE: You ensure that the fitness areas, changing rooms, showers, toilets and fitness equipment look perfectly clean. You also make sure that you always have all the cleaning products you need to do your job perfectly. You keep the stock up to date and order new products via the club manager.
- DO: You take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment. Whether it’s wiping down equipment or keeping the changing rooms spotless, you approach each task with care and energy.
- FOCUS: Execute the cleaning programme with attention and consistency.
- SHARE: You inform the club manager of any repairs that need to be done.
- SMILE: You contribute to a friendly atmosphere in the club. You answer members’ questions or refer them to colleagues.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit
