We’re looking for a talented Dutch speaking Email Marketing Specialist to take our email communications to the next level. In this medior role, you’ll take ownership of impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience. You’ll play a key role in crafting personalised, data-driven strategies that not only engage but convert, while driving continuous improvement through performance analysis and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise high-impact email campaigns.
- Develop compelling content (subject lines, body copy, CTAs) that drives action.
- Strategically segment and manage email lists for targeted outreach.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions).
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine email performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create on-brand communications.
- Manage and improve email templates and workflows.
- Build and optimise automated email funnels for customer journeys.
- Stay ahead of email marketing trends and innovations to elevate our strategy.
You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and CRM.
- Dutch native speaker written and verbaly.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, segmentation, and automation strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
