At Urban Gym Group, we are looking for a Website Specialist who knows how to optimise, analyse, and enhance digital experiences. Are you the go-to person for all things website management and optimisation? Do you thrive on making incremental improvements that drive big results?
As our Website Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our platforms are performing at their best. You’ll fine-tune every detail, run A/B tests, and implement data-driven changes to maximise user engagement and conversions. From UX enhancements to technical SEO and performance tracking, your work will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Oversee daily operations in Contentful CMS, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and functionality across devices.
- Landing Page Optimization: Design, implement, and refine pages to boost engagement and conversions using data-driven insights.
- Content Updates: Maintain and update website content in collaboration with marketing and design teams for a consistent brand voice.
- SEO & Performance: Apply SEO best practices, enhance load times, and ensure accessibility compliance for better search rankings and user experience.
- CRO: Conduct A/B testing, user testing, and heatmap analysis to refine user journeys and increase conversions.
- User Insights: Execute testing to gather feedback, continuously improving usability and design.
- Development Coordination: Work with IT and developers to troubleshoot, integrate features, and ensure seamless functionality.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar tools, providing actionable insights.
- Innovation & Growth: Explore and implement new technologies to enhance website functionality and support business goals.
You:
- Proven experience as a Website Specialist, with proficiency in Contentful CMS or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in landing page design and optimization, focusing on performance and conversion goals.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies, website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.), and optimization techniques.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, and CMS management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT, design, and marketing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
