Web Analyst
We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web analytics, data visualisation, and core marketing principles.

Urban Gym Group is an industry pioneer within the European wellness and fitness community. Our ambitious growth plans require an expansion of our Marketing team. We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web analytics, data visualisation, and core marketing principles. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting website and member data to identify opportunities to improve user experience, increase traffic, and boost conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze website data using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Identify trends and patterns in website traffic.
- Develop and implement recommendations to improve website performance.
- Create data visualizations and recommendations that are clear and concise.
- Work with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on new and existing members.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in web analytics and marketing.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Analytics
- Bring strong understanding of Google Analytics 4
- Have experience with data visualization tools like Looker and PowerBi
- Are an excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can adapt to a fast-paced, changing scale-up environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Have a strong interest in the exciting and dynamic fitness industry.
