Join the front runners! You will experience variety, responsibility, and challenge within the fastest-growing fitness chain in the Netherlands. We are looking for a Social Media Specialist. As a specialist, you will be responsible for executing all organic social media communication for the labels within the Urban Gym Group with a strong focus on BTY CLB. You will work alongside two other social media specialists and be part of a large, high-performance, fast-growing marketing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and manage organic social content across platforms for our core labels.
- Write creative briefs for visual and written content in line with our brand.
- Provide performance reports and insights to the team.
- Support influencer strategies and explore new brand partnerships.
- Track trends and suggest content opportunities for engagement.
- Engage with our Instagram and TikTok communities to build loyalty.
You:
- Degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
- Experience in B-2-C and C-2-C marketing or working with influencers and creators.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe products to create eye-catching content.
- Empathetic approach, driven by a desire to help others and build connections.
- Excellent time management, with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
- Flexible, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
