As our Sales and Hospitality Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for thousands of members.

Key tasks
- Develop and maintain training programs focused on high-end hospitality, member engagement, and sales excellence.
- Deliver in-person and virtual sessions for new hires and existing staff (club managers, hospitality managers and hosts).
- Conduct weekly assessments and propose regional training plans based on performance and feedback.
- Support clubs on-site to identify service gaps and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, Club Managers, Sales, and HR to align training with business goals.
- Provide insights to continuously enhance hospitality and sales delivery across all locations.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience delivering hospitality-focused training, ideally in premium gyms, retail, or hotels.
- Strong background in member service and sales.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Highly flexible and available for daily travel, evenings, and weekends.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) – this is a must-have.
- Preferably holds a degree in hospitality, business, or commercial studies.
To foster collaboration, coaching, and team energy, we expect our colleagues to work on-site (head office or clubs) at least 4 days per week (and up to 5 days depending on the role).
