The Urban Gym Group is looking for talented sales agents who are excited to join our mission in growing a healthier society. As member of our customer care / sales team you will be responsible for contacting our potential members. You proactively check in with them if they are reaching their fitness goals and advise them on programs, services and memberships. Furthermore, you contact leads who’ve shown interest in our services, and you regularly conduct market research. As our sales agent you are motivated, and able to work independently to achieve your targets. To be successful in this role, interest in fitness, personal training etc. is important. Furthermore, we find it important you recognize yourself in TrainMore’s core values and brand.
Key tasks:
- Proactively contacting existing members and leads;
- Engage with our members and leads;
- Maintain records of the calls;
- Follow up on information and outcomes;
- Accurately document the information in our CRM system.
Skills:
- Sales: customer service, prospecting, problem solving, entrepreneurial spirit;
- Communication: active listening, respect, and confidence, Enthusiastic;
- Adaptability: flexibility and resilience;
- Result-oriented: towards productivity such as calls, talk time, self-prospection;
- Interpersonal skills: to build rapport and trust with our members;
- Skilled in both Dutch and English: Professional proficiency of the languages to reach out to our members and potential members.
