Urban Gym Group (TrainMore) is op zoek! Ben jij de sportieve collega die ons team van TrainMore komt versterken? Wij zoeken geen standaard salesagent, maar een enthousiaste fitnessfanaat die samen met ons de wereld een stukje gezonder wil maken!
Parttime (24 hours) | Fulltime • Amsterdam
Als TrainMore-held ben jij dé connectie-expert. Je houdt ervan om te kletsen met onze leden en toekomstige fit buddies. Vertel ons alles over jouw fitnessdromen en wij geven je advies over de beste spots, programma’s en lidmaatschappen.
Als salesgoeroe ben jij de master van proactief zijn, maar ook van de gezonde dosis humor! Jouw passie voor fitness en gezondheid is niet te missen, en je voelt je helemaal thuis in de gekkigheid van TrainMore. Doe mee met de beweging en word ons onmisbare maatje!
Wat ga je doen?
- Praten, praten en nog meer gesprekken voeren met onze leden en
- Al die gezellige gesprekken vastleggen, want data is key.
- Informatie opvolgen, resultaten tracken en alles netjes in ons CRM-systeem zetten.
- In onze clubs proactief gesprekken voeren met potentiële leden.
Skills die je meebrengt:
- Meedenken/doorvragen? Check! Advies? Dubbel check! Nieuwe member verwelkomen? We love it!
- Communicatie is jouw tweede natuur. Actief luisteren, respect en een flinke dosis enthousiasme.
- Flexibel en veerkrachtig, net als een goede work-out!
- Gericht op resultaat.

- Salaris (Een bonus bij het behalen van je target). Startsalaris vanaf : € 2.400 bruto.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit
Fitting our culture is the most important part of the application proces. We believe character, ambitions and expectations are more important than skills. Together we find out if there is a mutual match and if we meet each others expectations.A day in our club
Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.Conditions
We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
