As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process while learning the ins and outs of talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews.
- Screening applications and coordinating candidate communications.
- Assisting with sourcing top talent through various channels like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Helping create engaging job descriptions and vacancy posts.
- Collaborating with the HR team on exciting recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensuring a top-notch candidate experience every step of the way.
You:
- 2nd or 3rd-year student pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interested in recruitment and eager to develop your skills in talent acquisition.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit
