The Operations Manager will be overseeing the proper operational functioning of the space in its totality. You know how to manage resources properly while embodying the Renessence philosophy with care and attention to detail.
You know how to create standard operating procedures to seamlessly guide clients through their well-being journeys. Your desire to create excellence throughout all aspects of operations allows for the best hospitality service in the region.
You have an embedded interest for all things wellbeing & health. This position is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow within a vibrant and nurturing environment.
The scope:
- Responsible for the day to day running of Renessence;
- Recruit, develop and coach your team members;
- Independently and pro-actively carry out various tasks related to customer service, human resources, sales & efficiently executing administrative responsibilities;
- Create and maintain high-end operational processes and workflows;
- Train staff to create an immaculate and inviting atmosphere for all.
Your essence:
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a retail environment (preferably in the wellness, fitness or hotel industry);
- Experience in a startup, building processes and standards while running the daily business;
- Love for customers and customer experience;
- Excellent with prioritizing, organizing and executing tasks;
- Reliable, clear and direct communication, punctual, pro-active and eager to learn;
- Charming, engaging, convincing and resilient;
- Team player, go-getter, can-do mentality;
- Flexible, creative thinker, quick to adapt in changing situations and able to handle different tasks at the same time;
- Highly interested in wellbeing.
