As a Marketing Intern at TrainMore, you will be an essential part of our dynamic marketing team. Your main focus will be assisting the marketing coordinators in executing creative and effective marketing strategies, ensuring that our events and activations are well-organized and impactful.
You will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, brand activations, and member engagement strategies while working in a fast-paced and inspiring environment.
Urban Gym Group is a leading innovator in the European wellness and fitness industry, operating more than 50 clubs and studios across major cities in the Netherlands. Our portfolio includes well-known brands such as TrainMore, ClubSportive, RUSH and THE CLB.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events and brand activations to engage TrainMore members and promote our unique fitness concept.
- Support the marketingteam in day-to-day tasks, on the website, communication to members and internal communication.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, innovative ideas that align with TrainMore’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate member insights into actionable marketing improvements.
You
- A final-year student in preferably sports science or management, marketing, Communication, Creative business or Commercial Economics.
- Available for a full-time, 5 or 6 month internship starting in September 2026.
- Passionate about fitness, marketing, and brand research.
- Eager to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of marketing and event management.
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves, you’re ready to get involved in all aspects of marketing execution.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
