Amsterdam | Full-time | 7-months contract
Urban Gym Group is an industry pioneer within the European wellness and fitness community, with over 40 clubs and studios in major cities across the Netherlands. You might know us from brands such as Trainmore, ClubSportive, Renessence, and BTY CLB. Our ambitious domestic and international growth plans require an expansion of marketing leadership team, and as Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in realizing Urban Gym Group’s growth objectives.
As Junior Email Marketer, you will have the opportunity to directly influence how we connect with our members, prospects, and fitness enthusiasts. Your work will help shape the way we engage with our audience through personalized, high-impact email campaigns that not only capture attention but drive action. From crafting compelling content to analyzing campaign performance, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, ensuring our communications are both effective and aligned with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and analysis of email campaigns.
- Develop engaging content (subject lines, body copy, CTAs).
- Segment and manage email lists for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions).
- Conduct A/B testing on email elements (subject lines, content, designs).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure emails are on-brand.
- Maintain and update email templates.
- Support in building automated email funnels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools to improve strategy.
You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, focused on email.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and automation.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
