Are you a creative mind with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail? Urban Gym Group is seeking a Junior Designer to become part of our creative team. Collaborate with experienced professionals, report to the Brand & Content Manager, and work alongside fellow designers to bring our vision to life.
As a Junior Designer within our creative team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of the Urban Gym Group. Your responsibilities will vary from conceptualizing and executing captivating customer-facing campaigns to partner-oriented content for our diverse range of platforms and market channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and managers to design various elements for customer-facing and partner-facing UGG Marketing campaigns across our labels (Renessence, TrainMore, BTY CLB, Clubsportive).
- Work closely with the UGG brand management team to align with their vision and brand positioning in the marketplace.
- Create deliverables that embody the essence of the brand and effectively communicate the brand marketing message.
You:
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, enabling effective communication within our international team.
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and welcomes guidance from colleagues.
- Highly organised and a strong eye to detail.
- Highly motivated, driven by a genuine passion for design.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Passion for the fitness industry.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit
