Do you want to make the first steps into the exciting world of sports and want to apply for an internship at the frontrunner in the Dutch fitness industry? This is your opportunity! At the Urban Gym Group we offer a wide range of internships (for at least 5-6 months) in different departments at our HQ such as: Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, IT etc. But we also offer internships at our clubs: as a personal trainer or an instructor.
As our new colleague, we will do our best to make sure you meet the expectations set by you and your studies. You will learn! And so do we. You are given the freedom to explore and create new ideas in teams and on your own. It is up to you to seize these opportunities.

Personal Training
In this internship you will do customer research in the field of Personal Training within the Urban Gym Group. Think of customer research within our PT target group. Who is our target group, how do we reach this target group, how do we sell to this target group, how can we provide our target group with guidance, etc. So very broad and in-depth research within the PT industry.
Business – Sustainability
In this assignment, you will research the optimisation of sustainability within business operations. What can be done in the field of sustainability, how do you apply this and what would the consequences/results be in the short and long term.
Gym Warehouse
Gym Warehouse is a startup that brings used fitness equipment back into the European market in a circular way with a small team. For our warehouse (in Abbenes) we are looking for students who want to learn everything about logistics & warehousing and about sales and marketing within a small organisation.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit
