Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a new HR manager who will continue to strengthen our team even after the leave period ends. Urban Gym Group is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to lead our digital strategy and support the ambitious growth of our business. Your Mission: 

Your primary goal will be to cultivate a thriving workplace where team members feel empowered, engaged, and aligned with our business objectives, by optimizing our digital solutions supporting our HR processes, incl. recruitment, onboarding and engagement. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Optimize HR Systems and Tools: lead the selection of new and/or the enhancement of current HR information systems, mobile applications, and other digital tools to improve efficiency and user experience. 
  • Manage Digital HR Platforms: oversee the design, delivery, and optimization of digital HR platforms and architecture, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clubs. 
  • Collaborate with HR Stakeholders: partner with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that enhance HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. 
  • Utilize HR Metrics and Analytics: leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and proactively drive continuous improvement in HR processes. 
  • Best in Class Talent Acquisition: optimize our digital recruitment processes, proposition and onboarding processes. 
  • Prioritize Employee Wellbeing: proactively support our club managers and HQ in maintaining an environment that supports and enhances the health, happiness, and satisfaction of our employees. 

 

About You: 

 You are an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and a proven track record of successfully driving digital HR strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 

  • Experience: 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a digital HR role. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Software Expertise: Proven experience in integrating digital technologies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and connectivity of HR processes. 
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries is a plus. 
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to think strategically and critically, with the analytical skills to support data-driven decisions. 
  • Team Building and Communication: Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proactivity and Project Management: A proactive approach and strong project management skills.

We meet

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.

Fitting our culture is the most important part of the application proces. We believe character, ambitions and expectations are more important than skills. Together we find out if there is a mutual match and if we meet each others expectations.

A day in our club

Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.

Conditions

We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
