At Urban Gym Group, we are looking for an ambitious and talented HR intern to join our team in Amsterdam. This is your chance to develop essential HR skills, contribute to impactful projects, and work alongside passionate HR professionals.
As an HR Intern at UGG, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department with various tasks and projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Internal Communication:
- Collecting, editing, and managing content for newsletters, internal messages, emails, and corporate presentations.
- Setting up and sending monthly UGG newsletters via our systems.
- Creating informative and engaging internal communications.
- Employee Support:
- Managing crew memberships for the UK and NL.
- Handling support mailbox requests.
- Event Coordination:
- Organizing and coordinating events and meetings.
- Onboarding:
- Conducting onboarding interviews for club staff, including Personal Trainers and Hosts.
- General HR Support:
- Assisting the HR department with various administrative and organizational tasks.
You:
- 2nd- or 3rd-year student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or HR.
- Strong communication skills in English (reading and writing).
- Team player who is eager to learn and collaborate with HR colleagues.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Passionate about creating engaging and impactful content, such as employee newsletters or training materials.
