You are HIGH STUDIOS; you are the face of the club before, during and after the workout. You give members an unforgettable experience and help them with any questions they may have at the front desk. You will show new members around, help them with their membership, make them enthusiastic about HIGH STUDIOS and make sure the club looks perfect. Next to that, it is your job to make sure the members love to train with us. You’ll be chatting to our members regularly and making sure they stay motivated to reach or exceed their fitness goals! Showing positive energy to our members is, therefore, a must!

We also allow you to alternate your hours as a host by giving group training sessions. We are happy to train you for this ourselves at our Academy!

Your future

You welcome the members. Your enthusiasm and hospitality make everyone feel at home and ensure that members enjoy coming back;
You give tours to potential members and convince them to become a member of our gym;
You ensure that new members are correctly registered, and you provide them with the correct information and an access tag;
You inform potential members about our subscription models and answer all their questions to the best of your ability;
You have an eye for detail and ensure that the club always looks clean and tidy;
You give our members an unforgettable hospitality experience!
After completing our Academy, you will teach group classes.

You

We are looking for a commercial, service-oriented and social all-rounder. Someone with a can-do mentality which makes our members feel at home. A real team player who, together with the team, brings the service quality to the next level. Additionally you:

Have sufficient experience in the hospitality industry;
Radiate hospitality, and you are ready for everyone with always a smile on your face;
Have a commercial mindset and are customer-oriented;
Are service-oriented and a social all-rounder;
Have a can-do mentality, and you are always proactive;
Are a real team player who ensures that the club, together with the team, is lifted to the next level;
Are available for at least 32 hours (preferably 40 hours);
Fit in perfectly with our Core Values: We Do, We Care, We Energise, and We Challenge;
Love to work in the fitness industry.

About HIGH STUDIOS

HIGH STUDIOS is a strength and fitness experience that is designed to burn up to 1.000 calories per workout. HIGH STUDIOS operates 4 boutique gym studios in Amsterdam and 11 shops-in- shops within the TrainMore facilities across The Netherlands. The concept combines strength, cardio and conditioning, shocking the body’s metabolism and leaving it burning calories for hours afterward. With endless variations in the workout, guests never get bored of this format. HIGH STUDIOS offers classes for all levels. Without boasting we dare say it’s the hottest workout in town!

We meet

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.

A day in our club

Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.

Conditions

We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
