Head of Development

In this role you will lead the coordination of the roll out of our clubs, ensuring a high level of execution according to UGG’s brand image. You will be responsible for the entire process: from the initial kick- off up to final realization, acting as point of reference for all involved parties, internal and external to the company. You report directly to our Chief Development Officer. You lead a team of multiple project managers, ensuring they develop themselves within our company.

It is exciting and dynamic due to simultaneous coordination of several projects, including new openings and upsizing. It encourages creativity and thinking outside the box while managing restrictions and regulations. You will continuously collaborate with various internal departments and external partners (expansion, business analysts, finance, procurement, marketing, construction). You need to assure that each club opening is a success, from project- and development point of view.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the operational roll-out of new clubs.
• Coordinate the project through all phases: from kick off, approval process through various stakeholders, up to final opening).
• Manage the processes and communication between several internal and external parties and acting as a main point of reference (ordering, pre-sales campaigns, hiring etc).
• Coordinate the activities of various departments, and assure the timeline is being respected.
• Execute final inspection before opening, to ensure quality requirements.
• Report and escalate where needed to the CDO.
• Lead post- project analysis and discussions. Identify opportunities and strive for continual process improvement.
