Your Future  

As Head coach personal training, you are responsible for monitoring the quality of our fitness instructors and personal trainers. You are responsible for onboarding, coaching and thus influence the performance of the personal trainers team. Developing a uniform policy on service, quality, coaching and customer contact is leading. You will work closely with the PT Operations Manager, club management and marketing department to optimise customer experience and Personal Training turnover.  In addition, you will have a leading/coaching role in our Personal Trainers academy, in which you are responsible in the selection of education partners. Determining the competency structure and development is a high priority.   

 

On a daily basis, you will be engaged in the following tasks:  

  • Coaching and guiding the personal trainers in the complete process of personal training, from receiving and starting new clients to retention and maintenance.  
  • Developing and implementing a policy plan in which uniform action on customer experience, service, quality and guidance is paramount;  
  • Developing policies that incorporate continuous improvement of personal trainers, fitness instructors and members;   
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of our personal trainers and fitness instructors through club visits and audits;  
  • Further developing the PT levels. Three levels of personal training are used within the organisation, based on the personal trainer’s experience and knowledge. It is important that these levels are written out more clearly and that a clear frame of reference is created for each level based on job descriptions, qualities and the requirements they must meet.    

You:   

  • Have at least 10 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and head trainer for multiple clubs/region. You have experience in personal training development and related policies;  
  • Have at least the following qualifications:   
    • Fitvak A & B;   
    • NASM / Milo / EREPS  ;
    • At least 5 specialisations, for example: Nutrition, Orthomolecular, Post Natal, Sport specific, power lifting;  
  • Are a natural leader and coach who inducts new personal trainers;   
  • Are a critical thinker and able to come up with innovative ways to improve our Personal Training Academy;   
  • Takes responsibility for the quality of fitness instructor class content;

We meet

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.
