General Manager Clubsportive

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all aspects of operations, facilities, team performance, and member satisfaction. With a sharp eye for detail and quality, you’ll deliver an unparalleled 5-star experience for both members and employees. Your leadership will ensure Clubsportive continues to exceed expectations, achieve ambitious goals, and set the standard in the luxury fitness industry. 

Key responsibilities: 

Lead Self and Others

• Build, lead, and inspire a cohesive, high-performance team, including a PT team of 10 trainers, hosts, and fitness professionals. 
• Assess individual strengths, recognise talent, and drive continuous development across your team. 
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence to achieve outstanding results. 

Deliver Exceptional Service

• Ensure an extraordinary, 5-star member experience across all touchpoints, including fitness, personal training, hosting, hygiene, and overall club atmosphere.
• Consistently connect with members to anticipate and exceed their needs, leaving a lasting impression. 

Drive Growth and Targets

• Manage intake targets and develop strategies to enhance key revenue streams, including vending, aggregators, and personal training services. 
• Focus on member retention by implementing creative initiatives that elevate satisfaction. 
• Create an environment where the team consistently meets and surpasses monthly targets.

Manage Operations and Finances

• Oversee the club’s P&L, budgeting, and financial performance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. 
• Deliver accurate reporting and insightful analysis to the board. 
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement strategies to optimise execution. 

Build Business Partnerships

• Develop and nurture long-term B2B partnerships that enhance Clubsportive’s performance and reputation. 

You 

• Experience: At least 3 years as a senior manager in a high-end fitness club or a related luxury service industry. 
• Education: A degree in hotel management, business administration, or a similar field. 
• Skills: Exceptional communication, planning, and analytical abilities. Proven expertise in hospitality, operations, and sales management. 
• Service-Oriented: A passion for delivering 5-star service with meticulous attention to detail. 
• Leadership: A proactive mindset and the ability to inspire teams to perform under pressure while delivering exceptional results. 
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. 
• B2B Knowledge: Experience in managing business partnerships and understanding the B2B market.
