Customer Care Back-Office Specialist

As Customer Care Back-Office Specialist you are the point of contact for all our members behind the scenes!

Your future 

You help answering all questions related to memberships, our members management system and other questions about TrainMore or HIGH STUDIOS with attention. You will be responsible for:

  • Making correct changes and adjustments in (GymManager) our membership system. E.g.: promotions, financial corrections, memberships; 
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward our members at all times; 
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and mutations; 
  • Knowing the UGG gyms and services inside and out so that you can relate to our members and assist with any questions; 
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 

You 

  • Ensure that customer satisfaction remains high at all times; 
  • Work accurately and have a financial background;  
  • Have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;    
  • Are a team player who likes working with colleagues from different departments and clubs; 
  • Are passionate about sports, fitness and the urban style that the UGG radiates.

We meet

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.

A day in our club

Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.

Conditions

We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
