The average week of a recruiter at UGG: “New clubs are opening soon, that is why you organise recruitment days on Monday and Tuesday to find those hosts energizing our valued members, on Wednesday you are looking for the perfect data analyst that supports Team Data and on Thursday you speak to Club Managers interested in opening outstanding clubs and joining the leading fitness community.”

Your tasks: 

  • Collaborate closely with your corporate recruiter colleague ensuring all the business needs to be fulfilled.  
  • Collaborate closely with hiring club and Head Office Managers to gain a deep understanding of their requirement needs, job requirements, and team dynamics 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies that leverage job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other relevant channels to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates 
  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and skilfully assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.  
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.  
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, enabling them to quickly integrate into our organization.  

 

You: 

  • Minimum of 1 year experience, demonstrating your ability to attract and select top talent, preferably in a high-end consumer services, hotel or retail environment.  
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies, excellent screening techniques, and interview methodologies.  
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other colleagues.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.  
  • Eligible to work in The Netherlands (Work and Residence Permit).
  • A high interest in the dynamic fitness, health, and wellness industry.

We meet

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.

Sometimes we skip step 4, but depending on the vacancy, we ask you to step in our club and experience real life a day in our club. This way you know for sure the UGG family suits you.

Conditions

We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
