As a cleaner you’re responsible for the first impression for our members in the clubs. By dusting, mopping, cleaning and MORE you make sure TrainMore is the most attractive gym. During your work you’re always on the floor, so you’re the face of the club. This means you’re always open to talk to the members and contribute to the atmosphere in the club, in short BE MORE.
Your future
- CARE: You ensure that the fitness areas, changing rooms, showers, toilets and fitness equipment look perfectly clean. You also make sure that you always have all the cleaning products you need to do your job perfectly. You keep the stock up to date and order new products via the club manager;
- DO: Cleaning spaces gives you energy. So you take on all cleaning tasks with pleasure;
- FOCUS: Execute the cleaning programme with care;
- SHARE: You inform the club manager of any repairs that needs to be done;
- SMILE: You contribute to a friendly atmosphere at the club for the members. You answer members questions or refer them to colleagues.
You
- Have a hands-on mentality;
- Have a cheerful, flexible and sporty attitude;
- Are service-oriented;
- You work well independently and wants to take care of a clean sports environment so our members can enjoy our gym to the fullest;
- Have a can-do mentality, and you are always proactive;
- Are available in the weekends.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit

We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
