As our new BTY CLB manager Utrecht you are responsible for our brand to shine bright. With your energetic, flexible, structured and pro-active approach you’ll be our go-to on several levels. You dare to take decisions, think strategically and always two steps ahead.
We’re looking for a true team player – someone who’s able to connect the dots and works closely together with the Director, Head of Trainers and Marketing. It’s up to you to make sure that, together with our team, targets will be achieved with aimed results. Managing and monitoring our customers, clubs and classes to create growth and success (or as mentioned in our BTY CLB dictionary – to create glitter!) In your role as manager you’ll be the point of contact for our trainers, managing our club hosts and taking care of our customers.

Your tasks on a daily basis
- Responsible and point of contact for our location in Utrecht;
- Responsible for customer care;
- Responsible for administrational tasks;
- Keeping track of numbers and results and acting upon it;
- Managing the club hosts;
- Point of contact for the trainers;
- Creating the CLB schedules.

After a brief meeting online we plan a face to face meeting at one of our clubs or at HQ. When applying for an audition as trainer or performer, you will be invited for the next planned audition.Culture fit

We expect to offer you a contract within 10 working days after your application. The proposal will inform you on all primary and secondary conditions (including unlimited training at all of our labels!).
